Our Company:
Bluewater Engineering, Inc. (Bluewater) started
life in 1992 as Consolidated Power Services (CPS) earning a reputation as a hard working dependable electrical engineering company. Over the years, we have successfully delivered a wide range of engineering services.
We eventually evolved into a consulting firm,
specializing in mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design. In the Spring of 2008, the Company relocated
and changed ownership, but clients still receive the same professional service that they expect. No other engineering firm can
surpass our performance. Keeping with the latest trend, our LEED Accredited Professional (AP) will streamline the application
and certification process for Green Building design and construction. We provide comprehensive one-stop MEP engineering services for
our customers.
We may also provide Structural, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Engineering and Design services for select projects.

Our Process:
When we start a project, we work quickly to understand the requirements, coordinate all required resources and drive the project to completion. By going directly to AutoCAD, our engineers are able to skip the old fashioned process of penciling changes to a draftsman. We leverage an extensive tool set to go directly from design concept to computer to provide timely review sets which satisfy the project requirements. After the review cycle, we quickly turn-around final designs to allow our customers to begin the permitting process. Our tools and expertise allow us to quickly and efficiently complete your project. We support you through your permitting process. You’ll find our knowledge of local codes helps to speed you through the process. Timely production is key. We rigorously follow strict engineering processes to control our quality and schedules. Value engineering assures that construction and operating costs are kept low.
